This series will bring together eight national teams for a series of friendly matches, with Rwanda serving as the sole African host. The participating teams have been divided into two groups. Group A includes the host nation Rwanda, along with Kenya, Estonia, and Grenada. On the other hand, Group B consists of Aruba, Liechtenstein, Macau, and Tanzania. At Amahoro Stadium, ticket prices vary depending on the seating category. General seating is priced at Rwf 2,000, regular seats at Rwf 5,000, and VIP seats at Rwf 30,000. Meanwhile, at Kigali Pelé Stadium, regular tickets cost Rwf 2,000, while VIP seats are priced at Rwf 20,000.
