Lagos State Governor Emphasizes Health and Well-being During Festive Season Outreach
Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has underscored his administration’s unwavering commitment to the health and overall well-being of every resident, asserting that no individual should feel overlooked, particularly during a period synonymous with love, hope, and joyous celebration. The decision to conduct Christmas celebrations within hospital wards was a deliberate strategic choice, according to Governor Sanwo-Olu. This included visits to the Emergency and Casualty Unit, the Paediatric ward, and both the Male and Female wards. The delegation also extended their reach to the antenatal and postnatal sections. Throughout these visits, Christmas gifts were thoughtfully distributed to patients, bringing a touch of festive cheer to their hospital stay.
